InBalance 30 is an online development program designed to support employees who are at risk of stress or burnout — or who simply feel stuck.
Based on cognitive psychology, this program was developed by clinical psychologist Yael Schrijver and coach-counsellor Hian Oey. I guide participants personally, every day — in short, manageable steps.

🧭 It starts with a personal intake
We clarify what your employee wants to work on.
🗓️ 30 days of structure and insight
Each working day, they receive a short online assignment or reflection question (15–20 minutes per day). I respond personally to every answer.
💬 Midpoint reflection
After two weeks, we have an (online) check-in. Together, we evaluate the progress and adjust where needed.

At the end, your employee receives a summary of all insights gained — including graphs, guidance, and personal tools for long-term resilience.
